Key Responsibilities:- Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Providing expert advice on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Leading and managing HR projects to improve business performance and employee engagement
- Analysing HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development
- Handling complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to drive initiatives and projects
- Experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPD qualification or equivalent (preferred)
