Join an amazing team as an Office Coordinator where you'll be instrumental in supporting estate agency operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and effective communication, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: --Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and greeting clients.-Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and appointments.-Maintain accurate records and filing systems for client information and transactions.-There may be a requirement to assist with marketing activities, including social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

-Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.-Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their property transactions.-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process.-Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.About you: -ï‚·Previous experience in an estate agency or a similar administrative/negotiation role.ï‚·Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.ï‚·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.ï‚·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ï‚·A proactive and positive attitude, with a keen eye for detail.ï‚·Knowledge of the local property market would be an advantage.A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for property viewings
