Position: Permanent, full time OR part time

Salary – up to £32k

Due to continued growth, our client are seeking a talented Payroll Associate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment and contribute to the success of a growing practice.

The Position:

  • Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls for a variety of clients using Sage Payroll.
  • Managing Bacs payments and submitting HMRC returns (and CIS submissions)
  • Uploading pension data to pension providers
  • Completing year-end submissions
  • Communicating with clients

Person Specification:

  • Experience in payroll processing within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau
  • Proficiency in BrightPay and Xero
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
