About the Role:As a Key Stage 1 & 2 Supply Teacher, you’ll be stepping into classrooms across Gloucestershire, delivering planned lessons, maintaining classroom behaviour, and ensuring continuity of learning. This is an ideal role for teachers who thrive in varied environments and are passionate about helping children achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Adapt lessons and activities to meet the needs of individual pupils
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school leadership
- Provide detailed feedback to teachers and school staff as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in primary school settings
- Passion for primary education and working with children
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various schools and settings
- A proactive and professional approach to teaching
- DBS (preferably on the update service)
