This role could suit an Engineering/Science graduate, or someone with a passion for technical writing.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate colleagues across the business in compiling detailed reports and tenders to clients, including challenging designs, programs, and cost.

- Prepare (and collate as appropriate) weekly updates to the Operations Team covering the latest sales, marketing, and operational status of opportunities and live projects.

- Following extensive training, develop and write product manuals and technical documentation to project deadlines, utilising and managing internal and external resources to achieve objectives.

- Following extensive training, with support, develop/maintain digital training and handover tools that exceed our clients’ expectations.

- Identify new sales opportunities, respond to leads and inquiries.

- Update and develop sales documentation. Ensure all client documentation (proposals/tenders/contracts) is accurate, detailed, and complete, and that client specifications are mirrored in arrangements with subcontractors.

- Maintain effective client communication and contact through regular calls, meetings, and engagements. Maximise sales with existing accounts through regular calls and meetings as appropriate.

- Analyse competitors and market positions of key players and customers.

- Support sales with campaigns and communications.

- Proactively contact clients to arrange and promote the benefits of training and arrange training.

- Provide regular reporting of existing and future training sessions and monitor training records for all clients (plus refresher training).

- Work with subcontractors to develop training guides, videos, and training sessions.

- Provide reports to the business on training programs and client feedback.

Candidate Attributes:

- Achieved, or currently studying an engineering/science related qualification

- Excellent people and communication skills.

- Well organised with attention to detail.

Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
