Insurance Account Handler Cheltenham, UK
Salary: £24-28K + commission
We are looking for aCommercial Insurance Account Handlerto join a growing team in Cheltenham. Play a key role in managing a book of business, retaining clients, and servicing new business requests, all while ensuring FCA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, negotiate with insurers for the best cover
- Drive cross-selling and referrals
- Deliver top-notch customer service
- Suggest process improvements and efficiencies
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Account Handling or a similar customer service role
- Acturis (or similar) CRM experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passionate about excellent service and FCA compliance
- Cert CII (advantageous)
- Experience in commercial insurance.
