Join our dynamic team within FMCG, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring product and technical data is accurate, helping deliver exceptional service to our customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you’ll manage barcode queries, drive compliance, and support innovative technical projects. You’ll be at the heart of product-related requests and responsible for overseeing new product setups, all while collaborating with top-tier suppliers and creating lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep our product data spot-on and ensure it’s always up to date.
  • Dive deep into product labels, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
  • Work directly with suppliers to get the most accurate product details, from allergens to ingredients.
  • Handle barcode queries and resolve issues quickly by collaborating with suppliers.
  • Drive performance by reporting on discrepancies and charging accordingly.
  • Own the process of new product listings, de-listings, and promotions.
  • Keep customer complaints in check and deliver top-notch service.
  • Contribute to a positive, customer-focused, and innovative culture.
  • Support sustainability goals and maintain the highest standards of safety.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Tech-savvy with excellent IT and administrative skills, and a flair for numbers.
  • Passionate about customer service with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Prior exposure within an FMCG and/or supply chain role
  • Solutions-focused, able to juggle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time.
  • Meticulous, organized, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an admin role and comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings.
