**Role Overview:**
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will report to senior staff members and ultimately the Managing Director. The role involves assisting Senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers with both pre and post-contract duties. This includes preparing cost plans, tender documents, financial statements, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support in the preparation of cost plans and evaluations.
- Assist in the creation of tender documents and financial statements.
- Measure for Bills of Quantities/Schedules of Work.
- Conduct final account assessments and interim valuations.
- Assess cost variations to contracts.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide project support for client direct suppliers coordination.
- Engage in marketing activities, including updating the website and social networking sites.
- Conduct project analysis for cost databases.

**Qualifications and Experience:**
- GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Sufficient qualifications to allow entry to a RICS recognised construction degree course.
- Some knowledge of construction and quantity surveying duties.

**Projects:**
