Our client in Cheltenham has a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fantastic company that are a manufacturer in lighting. Due to commercial growth they are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team. They are currently supplying some of the biggest retail stores across the UK so the role suits an experienced Quantity Surveyor that is used to managing large projects.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities -

- You will be tasked with preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary paperwork. Analyzing and evaluating contractor and subcontractor tenders.

- Ensuring clients expectations are set and met.

- Adhearing to deadlines and overseeing some large projects.

- Site visits to various clients across the UK when needed.

-Ensuring all project activities comply with local and national laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements -

- 2+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

- An electrical background would be advantageous.

- Full UK Driving License.
