Job Title: Temporary Lettings Assistant

Location: Gloucestershire

Duration: 2 months with the potential to be extended

Start Date:  mid March- mid May

Hours- 37.5 a week

Salary- circa £25,000-26,000- negotiable

Job Summary: My Gloucestershire based client are seeking a motivated and  organised Temporary Lettings Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and  the letting properties. From initial inquiry to tenancy agreement, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients about the lettings process
  • Handle inquiries from potential tenants via phone and email
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings
  • Market the properties and review appointments
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage and update property listings on various platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications
  • Conduct tenant screening

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a property lettings or customer service role
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle to travel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
