Juice is seeking a Property Manager for a leading organization in the Gloucestershire area.
The role involves being the first point of contact for landlords, contractors, and tenants, as well as managing viewings and property inspections.
Candidates should ideally have experience in the property industry, although it is not essential.
The position requires great time management skills and the ability to work within a team.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates with previous property management experience are preferred.

DAY TO DAY:

First point of contact for Landlords, Contractors and Tenants.
Arranging and managing viewings.
Managing references and onboarding.
Managing your own desk efficiently.
Carrying out check ins and check outs.
Carrying out property inspections.
Managing Letting enquires.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Positive and enthusiast individual
Previous Property industry experience (Desirable but not essential)
Able to work within a team
Great time management skills
