My client is currently seeking a Property Coordinator with a solid understanding of property safety regulations and landlord-tenant relationships to join their dynamic team.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Record all compliance and maintenance certifications, tasks, and work orders.
- Achieve targets where SLAs or contractual obligations exist.
- Serve as a primary contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, addressing inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Commercial and Legal team to support leasing processes.
- Work closely with Property Managers to ensure timely resolution of service and compliance issues.
- Partner with Property Managers to address property issues in line with SLA targets and objectives.
- Engage with contractors to resolve maintenance issues in accordance with SLA targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Administrator role.
- Previous experience in property compliance, with knowledge of relevant regulations relating to property safety and landlord-tenant relationships is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and an aptitude for learning new business software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Driven to take ownership of problems and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Organised, diligent, and accurate in record-keeping, with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and handling high-pressure situations effectively.
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality of company information.
