£35k with an OTE of £61k per annum

Salary Package:

  • £35k basic salary
  • £4.5k car allowance
  • £7.5k OTE commission
  • £11.5k annual bonus/profit share
  • £2.5k budget incentive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Conduct valuations and listings
  • Drive business development and strategy
  • Oversee client relations with outstanding service
  • Report and analysis of results

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in residential estate agency - ideally 5 years.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A track record of success within the industry
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and well-organised
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Will be an energetic team leader, who has a proven track record in a flagship office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
