As the business grows, the support needed in the finance department is expanding and this role will give us the capacity to continue to support the wider business and to develop our systems and processes for a more dynamic approach to the finance function. - You will have experience in a finance role, and a keen interest in making this role your own.
- You will be self-motivated and keen to develop and grow with the role.
- Attention to detail, consistency and accuracy are key to this role.
- Basic understanding of a purchase ledger role will be preferred
- Xero accounting and Approval Max software is intuitive, full training will be given if you are not familiar with it.
- You will have a natural affinity to numbers and be confident working in Excel.
- You will be confident to develop the role as it grows.
- You should be comfortable working in an environment where entrepreneurship is valued and teamwork, collaboration and commercial outcomes are expected.
- You should be happy to work in a fast paced, busy environment, and able to manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- This role will suit someone who is considering or has already started studying AAT.
