My Cheltenham based client are looking for a secretary to provide essential support to their Partners and teams on a full-time basis. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a dynamic work environment, then this could be the role for you!

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage diaries effectively, arranging meetings and travel with forward planning.
  • Handle daily correspondence and administration tasks.
  • Regularly liaise with the fee-earning team regarding clients, meetings, billing, etc.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming queries, both internally and externally.
  • Be involved with new client procedures and on-boarding
  • Maintain relevant databases and manage the progress of various projects.
  • Plan and organise team events.
  • Provide holiday cover for the secretarial team.
  • Take notes in internal meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of secretarial or administrative experience relevant to this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude and strong initiative.
  • Confident and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Experience with document management systems is advantageous but not essential.
