We have an exciting new opportunity to join an established, centrally based client in Cheltenham.

The role of Business Support Administrator is a newly created role and will support the business and all staff.

Duties include;

* Ad-hoc reception cover during periods of annual leave and sickness
* Answering incoming calls to the main reception telephone number
* Opening post, allocation and distributing incoming post and ensuring all outgoing post is franked ready for collection
* IT troubleshooting, assist staff with basic IT problems including the setting up of internal conference equipment
* Keep our kitchen areas clean and tidy and replenish stock items where needed
* Supporting the Business and Operations Manager with facilities management and the arranging of maintenance etc where required
* Supporting with project work such as office tidy-up's, reviewing internal processes etc

The ideal candidate for the role of Business Support Administrator will;

* Have a curious mind and enjoy problem solving - finding out how things work or how to fix them
* Enjoy navigating around software to see what features it has and if it can be used better or differently
* Be highly organised and flexible. Able to plan your work and respond well to changes throughout the day
* Be consistent in following process with good attention to detail
* A team-player, able to develop lasting productive relationships with colleagues
* Have good IT literacy, confident in using and learning different IT software packages
* Have excellent general administration skills including drafting of emails, data entry & scheduling meetings etc
* Have a professional telephone manner and be confident in talking to clients over the phone or face-to-face
