Responsibilities:

As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will play a crucial role in their operations, including:

  • Fabricating, adjusting, and repairing aerospace components using hand and power tools and machinery.
  • Adhering to technical drawings, instructions, and processes.
  • Meeting production targets.
  • Taking initiative and working independently.
  • Communicating effectively with your team and line manager.
  • Sharing technical knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Participating in audits performed by external parties.
  • Contributing to internal audit and process improvement programmes.

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Practical experience and expertise in sheet metal techniques.
  • Previous engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • The ability to operate machines, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Experience with shaping various metals, including Titanium, Steel, and Aluminium.
  • A panel beater skill set.

Note: No welding experience is required; in-house training will be provided under the supervision of experienced personnel.
