- To plan, administer and deliver a high quality planned maintenance service and through robust delivery of planned maintenance projects
- Manage EWI Contracts
- To ensure projects are delivered with a strong quality & customer focus. Manage and report on budgets and KPI performance.
- Undertake full Contract Administration duties, including financial control, quality control, contract certification, monitoring and reporting on progress ensuring delivery of a professional and high-quality service.
- To collate and report on contract progress and performance (KPIs).
- Manage budgets relating to your individual projects, ensuring that the processing of financial data is accurate and timely, and in accordance with financial procedures.
- To survey buildings to identify condition with regard to safety, suitability inc deviation from current standards, and necessary remedial works.

- Knowledge and competency to undertake the role with a minimum of at least 3 years' experience in an appropriate technical or professional role.
- Relevant qualification: degree/NVQ level 4 educated or professional qualification.
