Organisational Development ManagerCheltenham | c.£45k | Full-time (39 hrs/week, early finish Fridays)

We’re looking for an OD/L&D Manager to shape performance management, workforce development, and organisational structure as we expand our services.We need someone who has run HR projects regarding OD. So an HR Manager or Senior generalist would be ideal.Great stakeholder management skills are key.

What You’ll Do:

Define role expectations and streamline reporting lines.Develop impactful training programs and address skill gaps.Enhance one-to-ones and performance management processes.Support change management and department restructuring.Deliver engaging in-person training and mentoring.

What You Bring:

Proven OD/L&D experience, ideally in construction or similar sectors.Strong project management and change leadership skills.Excellent communication, coaching, and training delivery abilities.Adaptability and a passion for continuous improvement.Full manual driving licence (occasional travel required).
