Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, manage executives calendar, and coordinate meetings/travel.
  • Handle communication on behalf of the executives and prepare reports/presentations.
  • Assist with accounting, including financial data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare basic financial reports, support budgeting, and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in project management, track project timelines, and support cross-department coordination.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistantto senior management, ideally in the construction sector.
  • Background in accounting or finance, with strong skills in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
