Financial Controller, Accounts Manager, Financial Accountant

Opportunity to join an Insurance company who have a trajectory of growth

Ideally you will have experience from the Insurance sector, but associated sectors such as Mortgage, Banking, Loans would also be great

Key Responsibilities

  • Insurer Reconciliation: Lead the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely settlement of insurer accounts.
  • Premium Finance Management: Oversee the reconciliation of premium finance accounts while maintaining our excellent low debt ratio.
  • Card Services: Collaborate with payment providers to secure favourable terms and resolve payment clawbacks effectively.
  • Aged Debtor Management: Develop and enforce processes to monitor and recover aged debt, including coordination with third-party debt recovery partners.
  • Month/Year-End Reporting: Maintain and enhance accounting systems to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
  • Third-Party Provider Coordination: Liaise with telematics partners and other service providers to resolve account queries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Essential Experience: Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
