What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments.
- Drafting and distributing emails, memos, letters, and forms.
- Managing contact lists and internal communications.
- Keeping financial spreadsheets updated.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal staff.
- Supporting senior executives with administrative tasks and requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant (or similar role).
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & mail merge skills a plus!).
- Excellent time management & organizational skills - ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
