Administrative Assistant - Immediate Start

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Drafting and distributing emails, memos, letters, and forms.
  • Managing contact lists and internal communications.
  • Keeping financial spreadsheets updated.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal staff.
  • Supporting senior executives with administrative tasks and requests.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant (or similar role).
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & mail merge skills a plus!).
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills - ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
