Membership Administrator Location: Chertsey, £26,000Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm with flexibility to work a 4 day week, if preferredThis role involves handling membership queries, maintaining databases, processing payments,  and providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative tasks within the organisation will also be required.Key Responsibilities:Membership Administration & Customer Service
  • Process renewals, new memberships, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain membership and accounting databases.
  • Handle queries via phone and email.
  • Advise members on benefits 
General & Administrative Support
  • Handle enquiries, calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate database records.
  • Assist in preparing documents for meetings and events.
  • Support office staff, particularly the Operations Manager.
  • Provide cover for the admin team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in membership administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong database management and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting functions.
  • Ability to work independently and within a small, fast-paced team.
