Techunite Ltd are working with a leading car insurance company specialising in young driver insurance. Having just won a spot in The Sunday Times 100 fastest growing companies (coming 18th) they are seeking young and motivated individuals who are keen to kick start their career as a customer sales executive. There are ample opportunities to grow and succeed as the company is rapidly expanding. No cold calling, all warm leads!

This role is office based on a cool farm location (do need to be a car driver to get to the office in Lyne, Chertsey) with a gym on site that you will be able to have access to. A very relaxed and fun environment with plenty of social events including cinema trips, meals out, summer BBQ’s, days out, and you could even earn a chance to go on the yearly reward trip to BALI!

Starting salary £23,000 with career progression plans throughout the year. With every sale you will also earn commission taking your earnings to at least up to £30,000!

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, helping young drivers embark on their insurance journey. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Build Connections: Connect with potential customers through various channels, understanding their needs, and becoming their trusted insurance ally. All leads are warm so no cold calling!• Expert Guidance: Share your insurance expertise, which you will receive full training on, guiding young drivers to the perfect coverage that fits their unique lifestyle.• Hit the Gas: Drive towards and achieve sales targets, enjoying the thrill of success.• Record Keeper: Keep track of all your wins and ensure smooth policy documentation.

Experience required in order to be considered for the role:

• Passion for sales and a customer-focused mindset.• Excellent communication skills to connect with young drivers and deliver outstanding service.• Positive attitude and determination to go the extra mile.• Knowledge of car insurance is a bonus, but your willingness to learn is even more important.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
