Cook/Housekeeper

We are looking for an experienced Cook/Housekeeper to work in our resident community for Catholic priests and brothers in Chertsey, providing home cooked evening meals and housekeeping duties. Our Cook/Housekeepers are responsible for planning, coordinating and providing appropriate catering for the residents in consultation with the Rector. You will work collaboratively with the existing Cook/Housekeeper on a rota system, with joint responsibility for purchasing, stock rotation, food safety standards, managing allergens, special dietary requirements and general housekeeping duties and organisation.

You must hold a valid CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety, be able to work on your own initiative and be trustworthy. You will be well presented, have a friendly nature and be willing to work flexibly.

: 12 hours per week (over 3 weekdays)

6.6 weeks holiday, contributory pension scheme, uniform, professional development and training provided
