REF: 147563934Role: Electronics EngineerLocation: ChertseySalary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)Status: Permanent  Hours: 37.5 per weekAbout:Parkside Recruitment are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to design and develop cutting-edge electronic systems for the Defence Industry.You will be responsible for architectural and detailed design, system integration, and ensuring compliance with MoD and European standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop analogue & digital electronics, FPGA interfaces, and EMC-compliant circuits.
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct system integration, fault-finding, and validation testing.
  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with UKCA/CE marking.
  • Support manufacturing, testing, and deployment of electronic systems.
What You Need:
  •  Experience in electronics design, including signal processing, PCB layout, and circuit design.
  • Proficiency in ECAD tools (Cadence OrCAD preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, power supplies).
  • Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
