Overview of a People Advisor (Partner Colleagues)The People Advisor (Partner Colleagues) plays a key coordination role within the People Operations and Projects Team supporting the management of approximately 600 Partner Colleagues (agency workers) across the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a progressive and growing People Team committed to empowering individuals and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities of a People Advisor (Partner Colleagues)• Manage relationships with hiring managers, Partner Colleagues and agency partners to ensure a smooth experience• Handle queries in line with company policies and approve changes such as contract extensions, rate increases, job title updates and grade amendments• Collaborate with agency partners to ensure timely and accurate communication of changes and updates• Audit and monitor Partner Colleague data held by the business and partner agencies• Produce reports, analyse data and manipulate datasets using Microsoft Excel• Assist with invoicing queries and process leavers ensuring the return of company assets

Key competencies of a People Advisor (Partner Colleagues)• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with a data-driven approach• Knowledge of agency worker legislation and temporary staffing practices• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel including formulas like VLOOKUP and IF• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed while collaborating effectively within a team• Highly organised with the ability to manage workload and priorities efficiently• Proactive and enthusiastic with a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement
