My client is a rapidly expanding and ambitious digital insurance business based in Chertsey in a converted farmhouse in a Grade 2 listed building. It has been stripped out and turned into a modern office with lots of outdoor space which which will be lovely in the summer months.

As a result of the office location you will need to be a car driver to reach the office.Looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to join the sales & renewals team and drive sales to hit targets. You will support the firm’s goals by dedicating your working hours to maximizing conversion of any enquiry into a sale by demonstrating excellent product knowledge, customer service and communication skills.

Full training will be provided in order to be successful in this job role.Key Skills: * Ability to work under pressure to hit targets * Good negotiation skills * A friendly but professional telephone manner.

* Sales experienceKey Tasks: * Taking incoming enquiries and transferring them into sales. * Dealing with customer requests in a polite and efficient manner * Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the firm’s own procedures and FCA regulations including the firm’s policy of treating customer fairly (TCF).

Qualifications: * Has undertaken (or is willing to undertake) relevant sales and insurance training. * Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
