- Building strong relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders
- Reviewing and optimizing Quality Management System (QMS) performance
- Developing and implementing quality control tests
- Defining standards aligned with industry regulations & customer expectations
- Working closely with senior management to set and maintain quality benchmarks
- Driving health & safety compliance across the organization
- Facilitating effective communication and training to enhance employee skills
- Managing a small team of Regulatory and Health and Safety co-ordinators.
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a relevant industry
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures & legal standards
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO14001 compliance (certifications like ISO 9000 are a plus)
- Familiarity with data analysis & statistical methods
- Health & Safety experience is preferred
