An outstanding nursery in Chertsey is looking for experienced and ideally Early Years Qualified full-time nursery practitioners to join their expert team. There is a great community and ethos around the nursery, and they are looking for energetic and skilled practitioners.

The role could involve working across any of the key rooms based on the ages of the children, with the nursery happy to accommodate your individual preferences and experience. Their experienced staff plan the day’s free play and focused activities with the children.

This lovely nursery values experienced and enthusiastic staff who are dedicated to nurturing the best outcomes for the children. The nursery offers fantastic opportunities for professional development and even the potential to go permanent. Pay can be up to £130 a day if you’re early years qualified, with minimum rates of over £100 a day for unqualified staff. The nursery hours for this role are either:

  • 08:00 - 18:00

The ideal Nursery Practitioner should:

  • Have experience working with/supporting nursery-age children (0-5)

  • Be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Have a relevant early years qualification—Level 3 staff can achieve maximum rates and will be considered for part-time positions

  • Be flexible, proactive, and patient

  • Be nurturing and caring in your approach

  • Be able to communicate effectively within a team
