Position: Inbound Logistics AnalystLocation: ChertseySalary: On ApplicationDuration: OngoingHours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pmOverview of an Inbound Logistics AnalystIn this role you will be required to provide assurance to inbound logistics related data and processes by ensuring information is captured in a timely manner and any insight gained is quickly shared or acted on by the team as well as key internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities of an Inbound Logistics Analyst• Monitoring of 3PL and LSP data outputs and consolidation of the same to SDSE/SEUK formats where necessary; with a focus on data accuracy• Troubleshooting of Automatic Shipping Notices (ASNs) to ensure smooth goods receipt processes at warehouses as well as on virtual goods receipt• Trend analysis for direct deliveries across domestic appliances, TV/AV and mobile categories• Inventory coordination of virtual storage locations to ensure accuracy of direct delivery stock positions• Prevention and resolution of stock discrepancies via routine stock checks and reporting• Responsibility for SAP and Cello inbound data with the goal of ensuring consistency• Preparing and formulating raw data for reporting and forecasting purposes Key competencies of an Inbound Logistics Analyst• Bachelor degree in Logistics/SCM OR relevant work experience• Good MS Excel skillset including lookups, pivot tables and IF statements as well as an eagerness to learn more• Aptitude for numbers• Attention to detail• A proficient level of English• Advantage if you have experience with SAP and/or Warehouse Management SystemsBenefits: • Generous holiday entitlement, plus additional birthday leave and bank holidays.• Staff sales discount, Reward Plus shopping discount, and volunteering days.• Government pension auto-enrolment and pension contribution from 12 weeks.• Subsidized staff restaurant, onsite parking, and free shuttle bus service (from Weybridge & Woking Station)Due to the large volume of applications we receive for each position we will only be able to respond to applications received with the relevant skills.
