Our client in Chertsey is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team to start on the 25th November 2024.
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Maintain sales and purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash Reconciliation
- Preparing suppliers payments
- Preparing weekly reports, administration and other duties as required
- Recording and reconciling companies credit card/petty cash.
- Posting and Processing staff expenses
- Ad hoc analytical reports and projects
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant ideally with ACA or ACCA qualifications or part qualified.
Experience in Xero and Sage is an advantage.
This role is a temporary position for 6-8 weeks to start on the 25th of November and will be working from the office in Chertsey.
