Ideally, you must be proactive and enjoy working with small components, as this role only deals with precision assembly. The team are currently growing, and you will have plenty of support with the opportunity to shadow another member.
You should be confident in small tools, such as handling twicers to move small parts, and aware of processes, such as lapping.

This role requires:
- At least 5 years of experience working with small complex components.
- Experience analysing and building products on a small scale.
