Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Watford and surrounding areas this is a mobile role and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

You must have

• Experience of managing a small team
• Working independently or within a small team
• Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience of using hand held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers hedge cutters etc
• A valid drivers license is essential

The job

• Mobile round working on various multi site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
• Working within a small team
• Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out
• Company van, mobile I pad are all provided
• Vehicle checks

£30k-£40k + based on approximately 50hr per week (unlimited overtime maybe available at a premium rate)
