About The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking ambitious trainee tax advisers to join an expanding tax team.

You will work alongside award winning, industry recognised experts who will give you access to exciting tax cases and support with your ongoing career development.

About The Role:

Joining as a Trainee Tax Adviser, you will assist with all aspects of taxation work including:

Preparation of Self Assessment tax returns for a range of individuals (Sole Traders to High Net Worth individuals) and advising the client of the resulting tax liability to be paid by the deadline

Preparation of Corporation Tax Returns for a range of companies (small sole director to large international companies) and advising of the resulting tax liability to be paid by the deadline

Preparation of clients payroll, associated end of year procedures, advising of the deductions required and, the amounts to be paid to HMRC

Providing administrative support to the senior members of the department and assisting with ad hoc tasks.

About The Applicant:

They are looking for The candidate should be a University or College leaver with at least 2 A levels at A-C grades or equivalent (prior work experience in the taxation field would be desirable but not essential).

You will be offered full study support for the ATT/CTA pathway.
