The rightGeneral Manager would be able to support on the setup of the entire operation, helping us to build a brand and an exquisite culture from scratch!
You will be cutting the grass, assembling tables, painting, hiring, dealing with suppliers, checking the food, cooking it and helping with the drinks, talking to guests and bet...you will love it!
You will be:
Sourcing and signing all suppliers
Developing and managing your own menus
Hiring your own team
Obsessively working towards the best customer service in the country!
Driving and be fully flexible, have a great sense of humour and be a self-starter!
