LOCATION: NORTH /WEST LONDON

A Talented hard working ambitious individual with a passion for business and the property industry required as Assistant General Manager to lead a team at London property investment group, with projects based across UK and International emergence.

High levels of focus will be required for this exciting flexible role which will require chosen individual to cover a multitude of weekly tasks, following the company’s long term strategies.

This exciting role will allow the chosen candidate the opportunity to learn and grow within the Property Development Industry, while working both in house (once a week) + virtually, closely working alongside a Company Director with over 25 years of industry and business experience across multiple sectors.

Applicants must convey a 'Can do’ attitude, with Previous Property Experience and be ready to demonstrate their potential for hard work and ability to deliver as part of the interview process

Typical Role to include:

- Liaising with Builders & architects’ weekly

- Serviced Accommodation Management

- Working on marketing campaigns

- Leading and Energising a Fast Growing Team

- Managing Staff & Targets

- Regularly communicating with solicitors, surveyors & industry professionals

- Enhancing in house Social Media & Website

- Input on International Projects

- High Energy & determination to meet weekly targets & deadlines for company growth - resulting in Multiple Bonuses

£17,000 PER ANNUM: £24,000 OTE/ TUE/WEDS/THURS 10AM -6PM/ FREELANCE
