Job Salary:up to circa 38K

Our client is a medical communications agency specialising in agency that specialises in mid-sized Rare Disease companies, with services in Medical Education, Medical Writing, Brand Strategy, Webinars and Digital Marketing

They are looking to hire an experience account manager, with knowledge of the healthcare communications market to assist with the delivery of high-quality medical communications projects on time and on budget

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to build ongoing relationships and maintain effective communication
  • Be part of medical education event management and on-site support
  • Support a wide range of medical writing processes, from high-science HCP materials to patient-friendly materials
  • Materials development for conferences, congresses, advisory boards, symposia, webinars, product launches and post-launch campaigns
  • Digital and creative material development, including websites and videos/animations
  • Client support via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Research the brand, market environment, key clinical studies, and strategic planning for a range of high-profile pharmaceutical clients
  • Brand messaging development and strategic input
  • Assist the team in pitching for new business
  • Administrative tasks, including arranging and attending client/supplier meetings
  • Assist in handling budgets, managing campaign costs, and invoicing clients

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Bioscience degree
  • Experience with a healthcare agency
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Good proof-reading skills
