Account Manager

Commutable from St Albans, Welwyn Garden City, Watford, Borehamwood, Luton

Are you an experienced Account Manager/Business Development Manager looking to progress their career and work for a growing company with an excellent work life balance with fantastic opportunities to progress.

This award-winning company specialise in the installation and Servicing of a variety of bespoke equipment, from Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control. Due to growth within the business they are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team.

The role

  • Within this role you will report directly to the Group Sales Director. You will manage and develop sales pipeline, track and analyse KPI's, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client issues and providing exceptional service, complete site surveys, manage and negotiate quotations

The person

  • Proven experience in sales, business development and service delivery
  • Security & fire industry experience/knowledge
  • Based in St Albans or surrounding area
  • Organisational and communication skills.
