As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for contacting leads, managing client enquiries, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company. Training will be given

You will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base, fostering new business relationships, and promoting their high-quality services to potential clients.

Essentials:

  • Proven experience in a telephone-based customer service role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
  • Following up leads peaking with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present the clients services in a compelling manner to potential customers.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and value of the company’s solutions to clients.
  • Manage and follow up on leads, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
