Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long-established and successful company based in Chessington, who have a rarely available opportunity to join their Customer Service team.

This is a busy and varied role, with responsibilities including:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and online chat
  • Managing administrative tasks such as updating customer accounts and dealing with correspondence
  • Processing orders, payments and returns
  • Ensuring that customer queries are handled in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring that correspondence and emails are responded to within agreed timescales
  • Working as part of a team to meet targets

To be considered for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Able to write professional business emails
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Team player with strong communication skills
