Technical Customer Service - Chessington

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation based in Chessington. We are seeking candidates with excellent customer service skills who are also technically minded and able to troubleshoot and problem solver also. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work as part of a busy and leading team!

Duties Include:

  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience is maintained by maintaining the customer first motto at all times
  • Providing sales and technical support to customers, by troubleshooting and dealing with queries and resolving/ordering parts as necessary
  • After sales support - including faulty part diagnosis
  • Communicating with B2B and B2Ccustomers
  • Dealing with purchasing, technical spec, and servicing queries on products
  • Processing orders as requested

Experience required:

  • We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer service with proven experience working in a fast paced customer service environment
  • IF you have experience working with products of a technical nature this will be excellent but no essential
  • Must have good use of Word, Excel and IT systems
  • Live within a commutable distance of Chessington
