Are you experienced in customer service, sales or suppliers? Our client is looking for a Administrator to provide service and assistance to suppliers and customers while working to legal compliance and accredited standards of safety management and quality.

Key Responsibilities as Technical Administrator:

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely, polite and accurate manners;
  • Assist Technical Manager as needed and requested;
  • Communicate clearly with other teams to make sure requirements from customers, suppliers or any governmental bodies are met;
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure high standard of customer service is delivered;
  • Assist with handling complaints and other claims from customers, assisting with investigations with related team(s) to resolve problems;
  • Organise documents and files within the Technical folder;
  • Provide accurate information or documents to customers and/or suppliers;
  • Assist with collecting documents from suppliers
  • Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for WHF’s businesses and products in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain all aspects of administration to a high standard;
  • Be able to complete tasks within a tight timeframe;
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation as well as company procedures and standards

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales/suppliers
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and communication

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Polite, helpful phone manner
  • Understanding of food safety helpful but not required
  • Knowledge of Japanese/Asian/ethnic foods helpful but not required
  • Customer focused individual
  • Dynamic personality
  • Well developed interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Able to respond quickly to operational demands
