An exciting opportunity has arisen for a External Booking Co-Ordinatorto join our fast-growing young company with an innovative approach to delivering pre-employment training and other work-based learning programmes.

We require an enthusiastic, motivated and target driven individual to take control of all bookings for Castleview.

Applicants will be expected to:

  • Booking of conference, induction and training venues nationally.
  • Booking hotels and accommodation.
  • Working within financial budgets.
  • Contact transport in regard to booking requirements
  • Input course information onto an excel database
  • Creating and communicating a weekly plan.
  • Send the course information to Recruiters/Employment Support
  • Make sure all information on excel database is up to date before sending out by email
  • Interact with the accounts department in regard to room hire invoices
  • Interact with Quality manager in regard to vetting forms
  • Email vetting forms & booking forms to the appropriate venues
  • Negotiate pricing with venues & transport bookings
  • Making payments by telephone when authorised
  • Covering other departments when on annual leave

Hours of work:

  • 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday
  • 9-4.30pm Friday

Starting salary for this roll is £25,000 per annum.
