An exciting opportunity has arisen for a External Booking Co-Ordinatorto join our fast-growing young company with an innovative approach to delivering pre-employment training and other work-based learning programmes.
We require an enthusiastic, motivated and target driven individual to take control of all bookings for Castleview.
Applicants will be expected to:
- Booking of conference, induction and training venues nationally.
- Booking hotels and accommodation.
- Working within financial budgets.
- Contact transport in regard to booking requirements
- Input course information onto an excel database
- Creating and communicating a weekly plan.
- Send the course information to Recruiters/Employment Support
- Make sure all information on excel database is up to date before sending out by email
- Interact with the accounts department in regard to room hire invoices
- Interact with Quality manager in regard to vetting forms
- Email vetting forms & booking forms to the appropriate venues
- Negotiate pricing with venues & transport bookings
- Making payments by telephone when authorised
- Covering other departments when on annual leave
Hours of work:
- 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday
- 9-4.30pm Friday
Starting salary for this roll is £25,000 per annum.
