An exciting opportunity has arisen with for an exceptional Employment Support Officer to join our team.

We pride ourselves in supporting unemployed individuals into employment. We work with a network of employers to assist them to recruit candidates into their available roles through upskilling and training. This means that candidates have the most up to date knowledge and skills to be able to progress into sustainable employment.

We are looking for a passionate individual to work within our training team to liaise with candidates who may need short term support. This would include:

  • Liaising with a high volume candidates to identify any challenges they may be experiencing which is preventing them from achieving their next steps and goals.
  • Assisting candidates to upload required documentation to the employers portal / onboarding platforms.
  • Offering detailed information, advice and guidance to support the candidates.
  • Presenting Interview Techniques sessions remotely and other sessions that have been identified to support learners.
  • To carry out effective job search sessions.
  • Support candidates through the job assessments and application processes.
  • Liaise with employers when appropriate, to plan and identify their induction onboarding process.
  • Work with the Business Development Team to identify suitable employment opportunities to progress candidates into work.

  • Ability to work across all levels and engage with people accordingly
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail and high-quality work
