- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about insurance policies and claims.
- Prepare and distribute insurance documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company’s database.
