What You'll Be Doing:

  • A vital member of our operational team, you’ll ensure compliance with our Quality, Energy, and Environmental Management Systems.
  • Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials and finished products, playing a key role in maintaining our high standards.
  • Help monitor and report on key performance data throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate on developing Safe Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments.
  • Investigate and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Someone practical and hands-on, with a real passion for learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5 GCSEs at Grade 4-9 (or equivalent) including Maths, English, and Science.
  • A-levels or equivalent of 112 UCAS points in Maths, Science, or a related discipline.
  • A full UK driving licence is advantageous, along with the flexibility to travel if needed.
