Role Overview

The role involves management accounting and business unit controlling, with a mix of recurring and ad-hoc responsibilities. You'll contribute to driving financial performance, streamlining processes, and supporting decision-making through robust financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive annual budget and quarterly forecasts across business units in collaboration with central controlling teams.
  • Support local business/operational managers in identifying and validating improvement projects.
  • Provide insightful financial reporting to ensure performance visibility and risk identification.
  • Advise and challenge management on operational performance and financial topics.
  • Assess business cases for investments and improvement projects, ensuring sound financial evaluations.
  • Conduct financial controlling for categories like Recurring Cost, Inventory, Non-Recurring Cost, and Capex Jigs/Tools.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar financial reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders across different levels and countries.
  • A proactive, dynamic mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
